## Product

### What is Bloomiro?

Bloomiro is an AI Visibility Optimization Platform for teams that want to improve how they show up in Google Search and in AI assistants. It combines Search Console performance, tracked AI answers, site and page scans, competitor analysis, and prioritized tasks in one workflow.

### What makes Bloomiro different?

Most tools stop at measurement. Bloomiro focuses on optimization: why competitors appear instead of you, what page or coverage gaps matter, and what to do next. The same project data is available in the dashboard and through MCP in tools like Cursor, Claude, and ChatGPT.

### Why is Bloomiro an AI Visibility Optimization Platform?

Because the product job is not only "are we mentioned?" It is "why are competitors recommended, and what should we change?" Bloomiro connects SEO and AI visibility as one system, explains gaps with evidence, and turns findings into prioritized work you can recheck after shipping.

### Who is Bloomiro for?

Fast-moving SaaS founders, marketers, and small teams that need Google and AI visibility without running five separate research tools. Agencies and developers can use the same workspace, with MCP for people who prefer to work inside Cursor or Claude.

### Can I use Bloomiro for SEO and AI visibility?

Yes. SEO Optimization covers Search Console, technical and on-page scans, and search readiness. AI Visibility Optimization covers tracked prompts, mentions, citations, and AI readiness. Competitor analysis and tasks sit across both.

### What problems does Bloomiro solve?

Scattered visibility data, unclear competitor advantages, and no prioritized next step. Bloomiro brings Google, AI answers, scans, and competitors together so teams can diagnose gaps, act, and measure whether the change helped.

## Getting started

### How do I get started?

Sign up, create a project, and add your website URL. Bloomiro runs an initial site scan and surfaces starter tasks. Add competitors, connect Google Search Console when you are ready, track the buyer prompts that matter, and optionally connect MCP in Cursor, Claude, or ChatGPT.

### Do I need Google Search Console?

No for a useful first pass. Scans, competitors, AI presence checks, and tasks still work from your site alone. Search Console is strongly recommended because it adds real query and page performance to the same workflow.

### Can I use Bloomiro without Search Console?

Yes. Without Search Console you still get site scans, Page Scan, competitor coverage, AI prompt checks, and tasks from crawl and presence data. The dashboard highlights what to connect next instead of leaving empty charts.

### How long until I see results?

Scan findings and starter tasks can appear within minutes after you add a site. Search Console insights appear after you connect and sync. AI visibility trends need repeated prompt checks over time. Ranking or mention outcomes depend on the changes you ship, not on opening the dashboard.

### Can I analyze multiple websites?

Yes, within your plan limits. Starter includes 1 site. Builder includes 2 sites. Growth includes 5 sites. Each site is a separate project with its own scans, competitors, tasks, and MCP scope.

## SEO Optimization

Improve rankings with Search Console insights, technical analysis, page scans, and prioritized actions.

### How does Search Console integration work?

You authorize Bloomiro to read your Search Console property with Google OAuth. Bloomiro imports queries, clicks, impressions, and positions, then uses that data alongside scans and AI presence. Tokens are stored for your project and used only to sync those metrics.

### What is a site scan?

A site scan crawls your connected website and reviews structure, coverage, and page-level readiness signals. You get mapped pages, findings, and issues that often block clear understanding by search engines and AI systems.

### What is Page Scan?

Page Scan analyzes a single live URL for Search Readiness and AI Readiness signals such as titles, headings, structure, schema, clarity, and content coverage. Use it on your pages and on competitor pages you want to understand.

### What is Search Readiness?

Search Readiness is an on-page audit score for how well a page is structured and accessible for search engines. It is a readiness check, not a ranking, traffic, or click measurement. Use Search Console for measured Google performance.

### Does Bloomiro analyze technical SEO?

Yes, as part of Site Scan and Page Scan: crawl access, structure, metadata, headings, schema, internal organization, and related readiness signals. Bloomiro is not a full enterprise crawl log or log-file SEO suite.

### Does Bloomiro analyze competitors?

Yes. Add competitor domains, compare visibility and page coverage, run scans, and review where competitors appear on the AI prompts you track. Details live in the Competitor Analysis section below.

### Does Bloomiro track backlinks?

No. Bloomiro does not maintain a backlink index like Ahrefs or Semrush. It focuses on Search Console, site and page scans, competitor gaps, AI presence, and tasks. You can look up Ahrefs Domain Rating as a supporting signal (with required Ahrefs attribution). That is not the same as backlink tracking.

### How are SEO recommendations prioritized?

Tasks are ranked from available project evidence: Search Console traction, scan findings, competitor gaps, and expected impact. High-value gaps surface first. Completing work and refreshing data updates the list. Recommendations are guidance, not guaranteed ranking outcomes.

## AI Visibility Optimization

Understand why AI recommends competitors, discover optimization opportunities, and improve your chances of being cited across AI assistants.

### What is AI Visibility Optimization?

AI Visibility Optimization is the practice of measuring how AI assistants mention or cite your brand, diagnosing why competitors win those answers, and improving the pages, coverage, and trust signals that make recommendation more likely. Related industry labels include GEO (generative engine optimization) and AEO (answer engine optimization). Bloomiro treats them as part of one visibility system with SEO.

### Which AI assistants does Bloomiro analyze?

Bloomiro runs tracked prompts across ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, Google AI Overview, Google AI Mode. Coverage and availability can vary by check type and plan. Claude and Cursor connect through MCP as clients that read your Bloomiro data; they are not the AI answer surfaces Bloomiro monitors by default.

### How does Bloomiro measure AI visibility?

You save buyer prompts, run AI presence checks, and review mentions, citations, competitor appearances, and changes between completed runs. That measured presence is separate from AI Readiness, which is an on-page audit score.

### How do I improve AI citations?

There is no switch that guarantees citations. Teams usually improve clear category pages, comparison content, FAQs, structured data, accessible pages, and corroborating sources. Bloomiro helps you find gaps, score readiness, track prompts, and track missing mentions in Action Center so you can recheck later.

### What are tracked prompts?

Tracked prompts are the buyer questions you monitor, such as "best tools for X." You add your own or start from suggested prompts. Bloomiro runs them during AI presence checks and shows whether you or a competitor was mentioned or cited.

### How often is AI visibility updated?

You can run checks on demand from the dashboard or through MCP. How often you re-run depends on your workflow, plan, and credit balance. Trends appear when you compare completed runs over time.

### What is AI Readiness?

AI Readiness is an on-page audit of how easily AI systems can access and understand a page: clarity, structure, answer-style coverage, and related signals. It does not measure whether ChatGPT or other assistants currently mention you. Use tracked prompts for measured presence.

### How is AI visibility different from traditional SEO?

SEO focuses on search results, rankings, and clicks. AI visibility focuses on whether assistants mention or cite your brand in answers. The foundations overlap (clear pages, trust, entities, accessible content), but the measurement surfaces differ. Bloomiro connects both so you do not optimize one in isolation.

## Competitor Analysis

See who wins on Google and in AI answers, then understand the page and coverage gaps behind it.

### How does competitor analysis work?

Add competitor domains to your project. Bloomiro compares visibility share and coverage, scans competitor sites, and tracks competitor appearances on your saved AI prompts. Gaps can become prioritized tasks.

### How does Bloomiro explain why competitors win?

Bloomiro starts from measured gaps (rankings, mentions, citations, missing pages), then uses page-level evidence from scans to explain likely differences in coverage, clarity, structure, or trust signals. The goal is an actionable explanation, not a claim that one factor alone caused the win.

### Can Bloomiro compare our pages with competitors?

Yes. Use competitor scans for coverage and structure, and Page Scan on specific competitor URLs when you need page-level detail. Compare symmetrically: your page and theirs against the same buyer need.

### Does Bloomiro copy competitor content?

No. Bloomiro helps you understand what need a competitor page serves better, then plan information gain: clearer answers, missing topics, stronger proof, or better structure on your site. Copying competitor copy is not the workflow.

### How are recommendations created?

Recommendations combine Search Console signals, AI presence results, site and page scans, and competitor gaps into Action Center items with a reason, source, and priority. You, your team, or your AI tools decide how to implement each item.

## MCP & AI

Connect Bloomiro to your favorite AI assistant and let it work with your visibility data.

### What is MCP?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) is how AI tools connect to Bloomiro. Instead of pasting reports, Cursor, Claude, ChatGPT, and other supported clients can call Bloomiro tools for live project data: Search Console, scans, AI presence, competitors, and tasks.

### Which AI tools support Bloomiro?

Cursor, Claude (including Claude Desktop and Claude Code), ChatGPT (with developer mode connectors), Perplexity custom connectors, VS Code with MCP support, and similar MCP clients. Setup steps differ by client. See the MCP page for current guides.

### How do I connect Bloomiro to ChatGPT?

Open Bloomiro’s MCP connect flow, then add Bloomiro as a custom app or connector in ChatGPT with developer mode enabled. Authorize your Bloomiro account, pick a site, and allow access. Full steps are on the MCP page.

### How do I connect Cursor?

Add Bloomiro as an MCP server in Cursor settings, complete OAuth or paste an API key from your project MCP tab, pick your site, and run a smoke test such as listing tools or fetching project context.

### How do I connect Claude?

Add Bloomiro as a custom connector in Claude, or connect through Claude Code with the MCP setup from the Bloomiro MCP page. Sign in, choose a project, and allow access.

### What can my AI do through MCP?

Read project context, Search Console summaries, site and page insights, AI presence results, competitor insights, opportunities, and tasks. Start analyses when needed, then reason over the evidence. Responses are summarized and capped so they fit an AI context window.

### Can my AI create tasks?

Yes, when you authorize it. Through MCP, manage_tasks can create and update tasks in your Bloomiro project. The same task list appears in the dashboard. Assistants should recommend freely and only create or change tasks when you ask.

### Can my AI analyze competitors?

Yes. Ask your connected AI for competitor insights, coverage gaps, or an explanation of why a competitor wins on a prompt or topic. It can pull Bloomiro evidence and, when needed, start a competitor analysis run.

## Security

### What data does Bloomiro store?

Account data, project settings, tasks, metrics, and crawl metadata live in Postgres. Large crawl HTML and analysis payloads live in private object storage. Caches handle rate limits and fast dashboard reads. See the Privacy Policy for details.

### Is my Google Search Console data secure?

OAuth tokens are stored for your project and used only to sync Search Console metrics for that project. Bloomiro does not sell your Search Console data. Review the Privacy Policy for how we handle access and retention.

### Where is my data stored?

The app runs on Cloudflare. The API and MCP server run on Cloudflare Workers. Structured data uses Supabase Postgres, with large analysis blobs in private object storage. Providers may process data in the United States, the European Union, or other regions as described in the Privacy Policy.

### Can I remove my data?

Yes. Delete a project from project settings to remove related database records (object storage cleanup may take additional time). For account-level privacy requests, email the contact listed in the Privacy Policy. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

## Comparisons

### Bloomiro vs Ahrefs

Ahrefs is built for backlink and keyword research depth, with Brand Radar for directional AI visibility inside that suite. Bloomiro is an AI Visibility Optimization Platform focused on Search Console, scans, tracked AI answers, competitor gaps, prioritized tasks, and MCP. Bloomiro does not replace Ahrefs’ backlink index. See the full Bloomiro vs Ahrefs comparison page for details.

### Bloomiro vs Semrush

Semrush is a broad SEO and marketing suite (research, content, and campaigns). Bloomiro is narrower and action-focused: Google performance plus AI answer presence, scans, competitor gaps, tasks, and MCP execution. Many teams use Semrush for research and Bloomiro for the visibility optimization loop. See Bloomiro vs Semrush for a side-by-side.

### Bloomiro vs Peec

Peec AI is analytics-first for AI visibility and citations. Bloomiro adds Google Search Console, site and competitor scans, prioritized SEO and AI visibility tasks, and MCP in the same workflow. Choose Peec when dedicated GEO analytics depth is the main job. Choose Bloomiro when you want measurement plus the next action across Google and AI. See Bloomiro vs Peec.

### Bloomiro vs Surfer SEO

Surfer SEO centers on content scoring and SERP-based writing workflows. Bloomiro centers on visibility optimization: Search Console, AI prompt checks, competitor and page scans, tasks, and MCP. Bloomiro does not replace Surfer’s Content Editor. See Bloomiro vs Surfer SEO for details.

### Does Bloomiro replace an SEO agency?

Not necessarily. Agencies can use Bloomiro for ongoing intelligence and task planning. Founders and small teams often use it instead of hiring a full-time SEO role early. Strategy, content production, and outreach still need people or specialized partners.

### Can Bloomiro replace multiple SEO tools?

It can replace the loop where Google data, AI mention tracking, competitor notes, and a task list live in separate tabs. It does not replace deep backlink databases, large keyword indexes, or dedicated content editors. Many teams keep one research suite and use Bloomiro for optimization and execution.

### Is Bloomiro only for technical teams?

No. Marketers use the dashboard directly. Developers and technical founders benefit from MCP inside Cursor or Claude. Both see the same project evidence and tasks.
