Action Center is now a shared task board inside Actions. Open Actions in the sidebar, then choose Action Center.
Why we changed it
The old board could turn into a pile of notes and AI suggestions, with too little clarity about what mattered or what was actually moving forward.
The new board is for work you choose to act on. Each task has a short brief, a next step, and a place for the result. Move it through To do, In progress, Needs review, and Done.
It belongs in Actions because that is where you work with AI to make progress. Insights stays focused on the data, scans, and results that help you decide what to do.
Work with your team and AI
Create and edit tasks yourself, or ask Actions chat to help. Connected agents can read and update the same board through Bloomiro MCP.
Agents are guided to improve and finish existing tasks before creating more. Task text stays short and plain, without Markdown or copied research dumps. Moving a card tracks progress; it does not automatically change your website.
Tasks are shared with project members. Your Actions chats remain private. Completed tasks stay in Done for 7 days before deletion, so save any output you want to keep.
Your old work is still available
Open the new Action Center, then select Legacy Action Center in the top-right header, immediately beside Connect in Claude.
The old board is read-only until October 20, 2026, when legacy access ends. Your old items are not automatically copied into the new board. Save anything you need before that date, or ask Actions to help bring over selected, actionable work.
If you use MCP
Refresh your connected client's tools. Current work uses get_action_center, get_action_task, and manage_action_center. get_work_items is temporary legacy read access; old write tools are disabled.
