Bloomiro has two ways to work on an open project: Insights and Actions. For the full workflow, read Actions and Insights.
Insights
Insights is the tool-by-tool dashboard workspace. Choose a tool from the sidebar to inspect the underlying data and controls:
- Overview
- Site Scan and Page Scan
- Google Search Console
- Competitors Scan
- Prompts, AI visibility, and Community Sources
- Action Center
This is where you connect data, run scans, import Search Console performance, run prompts, and inspect the results directly.
Actions
Actions is the project-scoped conversation layer. Ask questions in plain language about the project, and Actions uses the available Bloomiro evidence to explain what is happening, compare opportunities, show charts or tables, and suggest a practical next step.
Actions can also update supported Bloomiro Action Center items when you explicitly ask it to. It does not invent evidence, promise rankings or AI citations, or replace the source tools in Insights.
The empty Actions chat shows actionable suggestions. They are visible only in an active chat before the first message is sent.
Why the two workspaces matter
Insights gives you transparency: you can see where a number, scan, or recommendation comes from. Actions gives you speed: you can ask a focused question without manually opening every tool and then turn the evidence into a decision.
Together they connect the loop from evidence to reasoning to actions you can review and ship.
Actions and MCP
Actions and MCP share the same Bloomiro evidence layer, scoped to the project and permissions available to the user.
The difference is where you use it:
- Actions lives in Bloomiro. Open Actions in the sidebar and chat there. Replies, tool progress, and charts render natively in the dashboard.
- MCP connects Bloomiro to Cursor, Claude, and other editors with your own account, so those tools can call Bloomiro from outside the app.
Use Actions when you are already in Bloomiro. Use MCP when you want the same project data inside your editor. Many people use both.
How to open it
- Open a project.
- Choose Actions in the Insights/Actions switch at the top of the sidebar.
- Ask a question, or choose a suggestion before sending your first message.
Chats stay private to you. They are not shared with your organization.
What to ask
Examples that work well:
- Which keywords do I rank 4–10 for?
- Which prompts mention my competitors but not me?
- Which page can reach page 1 with the least effort?
Ground answers in connected data. If Search Console or AI visibility data is not connected yet, Actions will say so and point you back to the relevant Insights tool instead of guessing.
