Bloomiro vs Scrunch: Scrunch is the tool to look at when you care how AI crawlers hit your site and you want a broad monitoring suite, especially after Sitecore's acquisition. Bloomiro is the tool when the question is simpler: on the buyer prompts we saved, who got named, who got cited, and what does Google already show for that topic?
Scrunch's public pricing has been reported around $300 a month, or about $250 billed annually, for a starter tier with a few seats and a few hundred custom prompts. Treat that as a reported list price from 2026 comparison pages, and confirm it on Scrunch's site. Sitecore announced the acquisition in June 2026. Ownership can change packaging even when the product name stays.
Two different "visibility" words
Scrunch talks about visibility as a system: prompts, plus how bots fetch your pages, plus a way to serve cleaner content to agents. That is attractive if your problem is "AI crawlers are not seeing the site we think we published."
Bloomiro talks about visibility as evidence you can re-check:
- A prompt, a model, a date
- Mention or not
- Citation or not
- Competitor named
- Search Console impressions on the matching query
Page scans and crawler readiness sit beside that. Bloomiro is not a CDN log product. If you need edge logs of GPTBot hits, Scrunch's pitch is closer to that job than ours.
| Decision | Lean Scrunch | Lean Bloomiro |
|---|---|---|
| You need bot-log or agent-delivery tooling | Yes | No |
| You need Search Console in the same project | Not the reason to buy it | Yes |
| You want a task for the page you will edit | Their workflow, their UI | Action Center and MCP |
| You are a five-person SaaS team | Often more product than you will use | Fits |
| You are standardizing on Sitecore | Worth a serious look | Different stack |
What to compare in a trial
Ignore the share-of-voice gauge for a day. Pick one prompt you already care about, for example "tool to check if Google AI Overviews mentions my company."
Then write down:
- Which engines ran, and which failed.
- The cited URL, not only the brand name.
- Whether you already have a page for that question. Search your sitemap before you draft a new one.
- Whether Google already sends impressions to a URL you could improve.
That fourth step is why Bloomiro exists. A crawler suite will not show you a query at position 12 with thousands of impressions and almost no clicks. Search Console will.
When not to switch
If Scrunch is already wired into how your content team gets briefs, switching to Bloomiro because a comparison article said so is a bad idea. Keep Scrunch for crawler diagnostics. Add Bloomiro only if the missing piece is Google plus a stable prompt history.
